SCORE - Business Partnerships & Mentoring
The City of Forney Economic Development Department/Forney Economic Development Corporation is pleased to announce a new collaboration that it will launch soon. The launch event will be at the Forney Economic Development Office (210 South Bois d’Arc St.) at 6 p.m. on Monday, January 27.
SCORE is a network of volunteers that promote thriving small business communities by means of mentoring and education. See this link below for a national model.
No organization is more effective at mentoring than SCORE. Business owners may search by ZIP code on a web portal and request a mentor. These volunteers bring years of experience in every facet of running a business.
