The Forney Economic Development Corporation Business of the Month for August 2026 is wellness and clean living apothecary Sheer Alternatives, which is now operating in Forney and opened this March at 312 E. Main Street.
Sheer Alternatives Natural Living & Apothecary creates and sells natural personal care products, including the Texas Toothpaste, which is made with only six ingredients (peppermint oil, clove oil, hydrogen peroxide, coconut oil, xylitol and baking soda). Other natural products include mouthwash, breath spray, deodorant, toothbrushes, pulling oil, laundry freshener, shea butter and more, such as herbs, roots and sea moss gel.
