FORNEY, TX – Bringing additional jobs and new tax revenue to the community, Emergicon, a leader in the ambulance billing and claims recovery industry, will soon open its doors in Forney. Founded in 2006 to fill a need in the ambulance billing services industry, Emergicon now bills more than 100,000 runs each year for a growing list of clients, that now includes more than 75 Texas clients.

"We are extremely excited to have Emergicon opening its doors in Forney and it's a win-win for the community," said Forney Economic Development Director Warren Ketteman. "Our aim is to grow the job base in Forney, which will only increase our ability to attract desired restaurants and retail."

With the relocation to the City of Forney, Emergicon will add more than 50 jobs to the local economy, with the possibility of adding more in the future. Emergicon has signed a lease agreement to be in the Sagepark Plaza, a location that will serve as the reimbursement services center.

"Emergicon is pleased to join the Forney community," said Christopher Turner, CEO of Emergicon. "We are well known for outstanding customer service and unparalleled success in emergency medical service billing. We are confident residents of Forney will be a valuable part of continuing our tradition of excellence while also contributing to the City's growing economy."
