$300 million residential community with 1,000 new homes on the way east of Dallas

A residential community in the works east of Dallas will bring 1,000 new homes.

Developer Wynne/Jackson is building the Overland Grove community on FM 548 south of downtown Forney.

The 360-acre, $300 million project will include a community center with a resort-style pool, hiking trails, a fishing pier and private parks.
