"Ready, Set, Go Into Business" Seminar coming to Forney

Forney EDC, Chamber of Commerce, and the Trinity Valley Small Business Development Center (SBCD) team up to offer Seminar

This seminar is aimed at individuals that have decided to expand or diversify their business and others that MAY want to go into business. This seminar will cover THE questions that need to be asked and answered prior to making the decision to go into business. Further, during the seminar the pros and cons of being in business for yourself will be discussed. Also covered will be the legal requirements for going into business and the positives for working with SBDCs to help with this process. Other topics to be covered are financing requirements, business plans, feasibility studies and a variety of information will be given to each participant.

• Registration and light supper: 6:00 pm
  
• Program begins at 6:30 pm
  
• Cost is $10; payable at the door
