Lake Pointe Health Network Chose Forney

Phase I (pictured at right) features a beautiful 2-story, 51,000 square foot, Class “A” medical office building that boasts a synergistic tenant mix consisting of a Diagnostic/Imaging Center, Primary Care, OB/GYN, Orthopedics and a Sleep Lab.

Phase II, a 30,000+/- square foot, two-story class “A” medical building was developed adjacent to Phase I in 2013. Phase II brought a 24/7/365 Hospital Sponsored Emergency Center and Helipad, pediatric practice center, and an additional 12,000+ square feet of medical office space.
