Over 150 acres surround the Steve Silver Company, a 600,000 sq.ft. global warehouse/distribution center. Some privately-owned sites on the northeast of the park are shovel ready and have access to FM 548 and US Hwy. 80 by Don T. Cates Road. EDC-owned land and adjacent properties (just west of the master-planned Gateway development) have teamed up for sale for future commercial, professional and light-industrial use, along with some retail frontage along FM 548. EDC land has had Phase I environmentals completed, with utilities near the site.
